There are several large grocery stores you can shop at in the Halifax Regional Municipality.

Sobeys  and the Atlantic Superstore are two you'll see almost everywhere.

They offer fruit, vegetables, bakery items, meat products, dairy and much much more. Some stores offer hot foods, already prepared and ready to eat. Most of these grocery stores have an International section of foods. Some offer home products like dishes or even outdoor furniture, toys and clothing. Some stores are open 24 hours.
