Nicole is all about helping people find their places. And helping places find their people! Buying, selling and rentals, too.

Nicole is a Librarian at Saint Mary's University. There, she enjoys connecting people to their information (books, journal articles, and whatever else). That experience and skill transfers well into her real estate work.

Evenings and weekends are her real estate prime times but weekday work is possible in some cases.

Licenced as a REALTORⓇ/ Real Estate Salesperson in Nova Scotia.

  • Representing clients as Buyers and Sellers in Halifax. 

  • North End Halifax, Hydrostone, Spryfield and Dartmouth are particular interests but never limited to those areas.

  • Anywhere in HRM and beyond are considered. Homes, Cottages, Land, Condos and more.

  • Working independently or with a REALTOR(R) partner depending on what arrangement best serves each client.

In earlier years, Nicole worked in hostels, motels and hotels providing front desk customer service, connecting people to their "home away from home" (5 years).

In even earlier years, Searchmont Ski Resort and Dominos Pizza were her first jobs as a teenager. And as a kid, delivering the Sault Star newspaper was her daily, after-school, job, with babysitting jobs on the evenings and weekends.
